As we approach the fall season, we’re excited to celebrate the 2024 OktoPRfest on September 28th, a cherished event that brings our community together. To ensure everyone enjoys the festivities safely, Paulick Law, LLC is proud to introduce the OktoPRfest Sober Rides campaign.
This initiative is dedicated to reducing the risk of drinking and driving and reinforcing our commitment to the Port Royal community. By offering reimbursement for cab, Uber, or Lyft rides, we aim to promote responsible transportation choices so everyone can fully enjoy OktoPRfest.
How It Works
The OktoPRfest Sober Rides campaign is straightforward: If you’ve been drinking, take an Uber, Lyft, or cab, and we will reimburse you up to $50! Make the right choice—the responsible choice—and get home safely.
Campaign Details:
- Eligibility: Rides must be within the Port Royal or surrounding areas.
- Time Frame: Qualifying rides must be taken between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on September 28th, 2024.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be of legal drinking age (21 and over).
- Ride Details: Valid for one, one-way ride to a safe destination. Limit one reimbursement per household.
- Reimbursement Limit: A maximum value of $50.00 per ride, including a tip of up to 10% of the base fare. Any tip amount exceeding 10% will not be reimbursed.
- Submission Cap: Participation is limited to the first 50 submissions.
When Will I Get My Reimbursement?
Within 10 business days, submit a copy of your receipt and photo ID and mail it to our office:
